Chinese Steamed Eggs are made by beating eggs to a creamy consistency and then steaming. Variations are derived by adding different ingredients, such as spring onion and soy sauce. Also, you can put meat into the egg and cook together. It will be good too.




























      Fried Tofu. The dish uses a few of nugget tofu to fried, and inside of each tofu is pork. They will be fried until they get golden color. Cook will put some special sauce on them, then put some shallot on the tofu. Pretty well taste.




Steamed Sponge Cakes with (Pine Nuts).
 That is this food's name. This one looks like is a cake, but it is something that roll together. So it looks like cake. Taste salty, and soft but not so much. Good thing to try.
