Cantonese food 5






Chinese Steamed Eggs are made by beating eggs to a creamy consistency and then steaming. Variations are derived by adding different ingredients, such as spring onion and soy sauce. Also, you can put meat into the egg and cook together. It will be good too.




























      Fried Tofu. The dish uses a few of nugget tofu to fried, and inside of each tofu is pork. They will be fried until they get golden color. Cook will put some special sauce on them, then put some shallot on the tofu. Pretty well taste.




Steamed Sponge Cakes with (Pine Nuts).
 That is this food's name. This one looks like is a cake, but it is something that roll together. So it looks like cake. Taste salty, and soft but not so much. Good thing to try.

Cantonese food 4







       This one is called Fresh Raw Shrimp. It is sashimi, but not the fish, is shrimp. People just use the live shrimp, and take off their shell, and wash them very carefully. Then put them on the edible ice, people take the shrimp and dip in the soy sauce that with wasabi. Must try, if you got a chance.

Sweetened sago cream is the Cantonese dessert soup. It can be cold or hot maybe warm, people usually coconut juice to cook it. The little things in the soup taste soft and elasticity. If you like sweet things, you must try this one.




     
Soup in Canton is very famous. There are lots of kind of soup. Like this soup in this picture, is used  empty coconut to make the soup, and inside is the black-bone chicken. The way to cook it is boil, people put the stuff into the coconut and put the whole coconut with all stuff on boil water. When you drink this soup, not only you can taste the chicken, but also can taster and smell the coconut flavor in the soup.

In southern China, roast goose is a variety of siu mei, or roasted meat dishes, within Cantonese cuisine. It is made by roasting geese with seasoning in a charcoal furnace at high temperature. Roasted geese of high quality have crisp skin with juicy and tender meat. Slices of roasted goose are generally served with soy sauce or hoisin sauce.







This one is called Egg Tart. Inside of it is egg which is sweet, and a lot of people think it is dessert, but it isn't. The things that surround the egg taste like crisp and it is very good.

Cantonese food 1






   The golden part of this map is Canton, and there are a lot of yummy food. Let's check out what they are.Also people can see Cantonese food in Chinatown everywhere.









    This one is the Steamed Rice with Barbecued Pork and Fried Egg. It tastes very good, and the egg is half raw half done. Also it combine with vegetables. This is the classic type of Cantonese food.











 Crystal Shrimp Dumpling is the classic food in Canton, also it is my favorite one. In the morning time, people from Canton usually eat it in restaurant. In Chinatown, almost every Cantonese food restaurant offer this one. The shrimp is covered by the crystal film that can be eaten.
