Cantonese food 3


    


Sweetened sago cream is the Cantonese dessert soup. It can be cold or hot maybe warm, people usually coconut juice to cook it. The little things in the soup taste soft and elasticity. If you like sweet things, you must try this one.




     
Soup in Canton is very famous. There are lots of kind of soup. Like this soup in this picture, is used  empty coconut to make the soup, and inside is the black-bone chicken. The way to cook it is boil, people put the stuff into the coconut and put the whole coconut with all stuff on boil water. When you drink this soup, not only you can taste the chicken, but also can taster and smell the coconut flavor in the soup.
